Dyson is a technology company with a global reach. Their app, MyDyson, is available in 39 languages and has a staggering 4.5 million customers. Their app, unlike competitors, serves a number of different Dyson products.
Dyson has over 60 engineers working on the app, seven scrum teams, release every four weeks, and runs almost a million test instances on their CI every day. In this talk, Jane is going to walk through how they manage these large figures through KPIs.
